The Jive Talkin’ Worldview
Wears a disguise, lies, and is really no good.
The Bee Gee’s popular song “Jive Talkin,” although most likely written about a specific person, perfectly captures the talk that the worldview perception of lack and separation speaks.
The first verse of the song goes like this:
What an excellent description of what the worldview, which is a mist-missed-perception of separation and lack, is doing all day—Jive Talkin’.
Like a song stuck in your head, the Jive Talkin’ worldview never shuts up.
It lies, it wears a disguise, we misunderstand it, and it is really no good.
Worldview Jive Talkin’ deals with the commodity of fear, of which there is an endless supply as long as we continue to believe its lies. But that supply is cut off the moment we shift our perception to what is the Truth.
What does the worldview lie about?
>>It lies about who we are.
>>It lies about the world that we live in, and it lies about the conditions in which we live.
>>It manipulates us into listening because it knows us so well.
